Thanks to Gareth, the answer (for anyone else who desires to do this) is:
On the Profilux itself:
1. Scroll to "System" in the list. Select it.
2. Scroll through system options until "Communications" and select it.
3. Select Com1
4. Change the device address to <2>
5. Leave the Baud rate at 9600 and select to continue.
6. Select "YES" at the save now screen.
7. Reboot the Profilux (by unplugging the power and replugging it)
Now, to create a connection for the new device:
1. Open the PC control program (PLC).
2. Click on the button with the 3 dots next to the Connection Pull Down menu
3. Click on the "new" button
4. Name the connection whatever you want
5. Choose TCP/IP as the type of connection
6. Set the device address as "2"
7. Click save
Now you can choose whichever device you wish to manage.
