parts still shipping

well on Tuesday I am supposed to finally have the missing plumbing parts to hook up my tank.
I wish CAD Lights had sent me a decent list of what was shipping and what was on back order when they first shipped my tank. that would have helped me plan this better.
they also should have sent the plumbing parts 2nd day not ground. after I had to call them asking for the parts they knew that they had messed up and should have handled that better.
in all this is 3 weeks from the order till I can put water in the tank. ok I get the first part it takes time to ship a big tank and stand from California to Florida. I had to problem with that.
but when you are making a part shipment and have key items on back order you should let the customer know that and not leave them thinking that the full order was shipped.
well a few more days and I hope to have this thing plumbed and pumping water!!!!
