A Letter to My Son
Good to hear that. I have no problems with my parents, but the kids at my school constantly complain about theirs.Posted 11/10/2010 at 04:35 PM by Mmckibben -
A Letter to My Son
The parasitism never really happened with Mandy, now 26. She is my best friend. And I hope I live long enough to have the same relationship with my son.Posted 11/10/2010 at 11:37 AM by superkat -
A Letter to My Son
A symbiotic relationship. The unfortunate part is it will start out mutualism, then as teenage years come it will turn into parasitism.

Paranormal Activity 2...'ala Kat and Mandy
Weird an colorado do not mix (unless you live in boulder). Since moving here I've had no really weird things happen. This has driven me insane! To hold on to my grip of reality I have to cause odd things to happen. For example to day we had a huge wind storm, and since it's fall the were tones of leaves blowing around. The way the buildings were shaped made it so that there was a huge dust devil of leaves. I decided to start a soccer ball game with 10 other people right in the middle of this. So we dragged the bleachers to either side of this "tornado of leaves" and charged 1 penny for ever person that wanted to watch us get leaves plastered across our faces. The weirdest thing is 60 people actually gave us pennies and sat down.Posted 10/26/2010 at 07:15 PM by Mmckibben -

Beginning With the Intent to Add
I find that I come across people like Mark at least one per year. The best I can do is allow them enough rope to hang themselves. And try to protect others.
On to pleasant stuff....I LOVE YOUR AVATAR, Mick!Posted 10/23/2010 at 11:33 AM by superkat -

Beginning With the Intent to Add
Victim of his own folly you ask.....My sweet ignorant Mark lost his job that he hated so much at Northrop. Because the pattern of his actions became a tangible form. Not only that..he was stripped of his security clearance ....oh poor Mark...who thought he was golden..and fined by the USAF for breach of contract. I assume it was a heavy fine. The last I heard from my steadfast and trustworthy friends back at the facility in El Segundo is that Mark tried to get on board with many other aerospace companies...but was denied because they could not clear him security wise. Poor Mark. In the thrill of the moment of acting like a bigshot in a world of incredibly smart people...he lost his future.Posted 10/23/2010 at 08:57 AM by superkat

Beginning With the Intent to Add
As stated...I'm adding. What is truly sad about individuals like Mark....is that they seldom realize they will wind up victims of their own folly. For example...Mark did alot of puffed up talking during that year that I sat back and watched his sly and offensive antics. He..passing me by and chuckling in my face with what he thought he had gotten away with it. Me...biding my time..waiting for the truth to come out...which it always does. I felt sorry for Mark. For his lack of conscience..his lack of humanity and lack of a human soul...as I believe anyone that steals or takes credit for what someone else did or does...has already sold out..if you get my meaning. What I hope to convey is that you should be wary of the people who have no recognition until the day someone else does something good....and they show up...assuming ownership. Be aware.Posted 10/23/2010 at 08:48 AM by superkat
