It's an older model. Dual overflows. I bought it on consignment from Sho Tank like four years ago and never put water in it. 5' by ~20" by ~20". I have the glass tops as well.

Whoever takes the above has to take the terrible 40 gallon all glass tank that I tried to turn into a ghetto sump. It's fits underneath nicely.
I have a few people with dibs, so this is gone for the time being. I will let you know if it opens up again.

Approx 60lbs of nice clean live sand that has to be gone. I want to shut down my 72 bowfront . never ich or copper, sand still has plenty of life, was established about 2 years. Still heated and circulating. Im in city by devon / clark......PM me .

thats about how much i need to get started on my 55 planted tank if you still have it friday aound 4 or 5 i'll take it

So far , people have pulled out before coming. I wont be available till Tuesday next week after tomorrow. Is there any way you can come tomorrow ? Or tonight ?
I never figured it would be this hard to give away $50-60 worth of sand.......:confused:

I have 3 panes of star fire glass that are free to who ever can pick them up. These need to be cut down to make a good tank since the edges are all rough, but they are huge so they need to be cut either way. 2 panes are 24"X30" and the big pane is 96"X30". All panes are 1/2 thick. No scratches but again the 1" that was under the trim is rough.

This is really just a thread for people to give stuff away for free (in return for good reefing karma :beer:). Unfortunately you will not be able to post a selling or trading thread anywhere on reef central until you have been a member for 90 days and have accumulated at least 50 meaningful posts.

Not a big score, but i have 3 nice pieces of live rock available, probably 7-10lbs of rock. Free pick-up in the Algonquin area for anyone who needs it. One of the rocks has a small emerald crab on it as well, so bonus score. I couldn't get him off or else he'd be in my DT.

5-10lbs of sand available in Algonquin.... The sand is still sitting in the tank with a powerhead on. Pick-Up ASAP.

Sand is still available.... It's not a huge amount, but good if someone is local and close enough. It came from an established tank and would be great for a fuge.

I have a 20L drilled with a bulk head. Located in Grayslake, not really wanting to travel but 5-10 miles isn't an issue.

Pretty sure it holds water, bought it from AdamJr (iirc his name right) but really have no use for it at the moment.

I'll happily give some beautiful xenia. I payed alot for the inital frag, and they are a very beautiful white and pulse wonderfully if taken care of well. They are ugly and brown if not =) If you have been to Beyond the Reef, you have likely seen them in their DT up front. Have a new set working their way up onto a frag rock.
