thats is an appox 18X turn over rate. What corals are you keeping?

Well as a compairison I have a 72g bow and I move 3020gph in my tank. It depends on what you plan to keep in the tank on how much flow you need. If you are going with a FOWLR then you have a decent amount of flow but for a reef I would say you need more. Also the flow needs to be random not just one ph or the return pump. The idea is for random flow that moves and switches around some (and dont think you need to spend tons to get the effect. you don't)

i dont have any corals yet just starting my tank all i have in there is the 90lb of LR i have 4 max jet power heads a Ful-305 filter and my P-S has a max-jet running it. thinking of getting a Koralia #3 for more flow

That flow rate should be fine.
