just wanted to get you guys opinions on my build i got going in my local club forum

I almost bought a 540g but I decided to go a little taller because I had the extra space. I'm going to use the AI sol blue... I dont think they need to be that far above the tank. If you went 10"/12" it should be perfect. If its mostly a FOWLR than you should have plenty of light.

what do you use to get to the bottom of that 4 foot tank?

Youre going to need these too. http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.co...fm?pcatid=4018 I can also pull out about 150g of water in a holding tank... makes it alot easier to reach everything. My set-up is mostly FO so its pretty easy to maintain.

i have one of those already....if i cant reach i can always put the scuba gear on one of my kids...
