I have a lifereef VS3-24 and like it a lot. It is a set and forget skimmer. Sure it might use a little more electricity then say a needlewheel, but it is such low maintenance its a cost I'm willing to live with.

Also Jeff's skimmers are a work of art. They are so well built you feel like your putting old world craftsmanship under your tank. Would definatley get another one.

Also LifeReefs support is excellent. I like the way it skims and the fact that it doesn't need constant tweeking.
