Consider me a dumba** but after a month I finally got the right bulb. I was asking/emailing several member but could not get exact bulb. I would check out lighting while at lowes/home depot checking out the packaging.
Finally last week I was at lowes and not in a rush. I finally looked up and low and behold they have K ratings for bulbs. I found a 23 watt CFL spotlight with 6500K bulb. Installed it without the reflector b/c it had silver lining for that. Less than a week now and my chaeto has double in size.
At 23 watts I would not feel guilty running it 24/7
