They aren't bad skimmers but bot the best. If you have it already might as well use it till you get a better one. I'm using one on my 180 and it's skimming but not as much as I'd like. Biggest complaint is the adjustment using the little red knob. It's tricky to get it set especially if your sump water level fluctuates.
