Its always good practice to have a drip loop- no cord should go downwards near an outlet- water could run in. Also I would reccomend a GFCI to avoid electrocution. And Finally I'd move those power strips and timers as far away from the sump as possible- I don't like to see salt creep on or near any outlets. Most of my stuff is in a cabinet that is next to my tank.
