I'd light it with a 150w if it's a 20H, and maybe a 20L. For a 20L, I'd lean towards a pair of 70w MH for more even coveage. It can be done with a single 150, but you have to put it pretty high.
If you plan an upgrade sometime down the road, consider the 250w, but it's definitely not necessary. I tend to think about future-proofing my buys. I'll pick up something a little more than I need if there's a way to throttle it back, just in case I upgrade
