Let the tank sit with prime for a day or two. If your tank still smells like bleach do it again. I would recommed overdosing a little with prime just to be on thd safe side. Once your done give it one last rinse and your good.
Someone correct me if im wrong but i believe marine ich and saltwater ich are two separate species. In that case you should have nothing to worry about.
