Yellow Eye Kole Tang getting bullied

I got a Yellow Eye Kole Tang from the LFS. Its still small. When I put it in the tank, it was immediately bullied by my Flame Angel and Clownfish, which are about the same size. I lost track of the Tang, but found it in the Coast to Coast overflow later. It had some pieces of fin missing and lots of scratches on it body, I'm guessing from the rock.

I put it in a clear acrylic box, hanging on the tank, to recover.

I have a frag tank that I am setting up, should I just let him hang out in there until he gets bigger? Will the angel and clown leave him alone when he is bigger than them? I have a leopard wrasse that is about as big as the angel and clown, and they leave him alone.

List of fish in DT by size:
Sailfin Tang.
Foxface Rabbitfish
Misbar Clownfish
Flame Angel
Leopard Wrasse
Blue Chromis (x2)
Sunset Anthia (2)
Mandarin Dragonet
