Well OP I would recommend one tang for your tank. Take it from me, someone who has a 90 gallon tank. I added a kole and yellow tang only a week apart. The yellow was bullying the Coral Beauty angelfish in the tank. Then the Kole came and started to bully the yellow tang. It was non stop aggression in my tank. Had to get rid of both of them. What I'm saying is tangs are tricky in 4 foot tanks. They are also mean SOB's. I have a lot of swimming room in my tank, not much liverock. But still there was chaos.
I would suggest you stick with one tang and one that's known to be peaceful on average. Yellow tangs are peaceful on average unless you get the odd bully like I did (Most likely cause it was already quite big). Get it small and it can work. Also feed it a lot. I use this tactic with my fish presently and it works to curb aggression.
If you REALLY want to push it, you can also add a Tomini tang. I haven't heard of aggression issues with them. Kole's can be mean. Besides my experience, Kole tangs have been known to go after diamond goby's and algae eaters in general. Anything it sees as competition.
