Agreed that you'll get the best isolation with silicone tubing, but any tubing requires a barb connector that will cause significant head loss unless you upsize it significantly. A section of ultra flex PVC can cut the vibrations without the head loss issue. Also, adding some rubber or silicone padding between the pipe and stand will help prevent vibrations from resonating through the stand.
