GHL Doser 2 has a cloud setup and works with iOS once it's connected to your home network.
And you can also connect to it with your Mac, just set up bootcamp and windows. It's easy to setup. Parallels sucks. Or spend $100-150 and get a little windows netbook/tablet.

Use the Litermeter III for the water changes. Super easy to use and good quality.
