Gut loading ghost shrimp
Hi, local lfs sells ghost shrimp which I buy for my dwarf lionfish. I usually place them in a small bucket of ro water and put in some marine pellets or flakes. How long should I wait to feed them to the lionfish once they have eaten?

Once they eat the pellets or other food they're "gut loaded" so immediately if need be
