aquaforrest sea salt for mixed reef?
Other then the calcium being low the parameters seem to be pretty good for a low cost salt option. Locally IO seems to be going up in price although I'm sure this kind will too (currency related).
The one thing I do not like about io which is what I'm currently using is the high alkalinity. Assuming I top the calcium up to my reef levels would this be a good low cost salt to consider? I use about 50 gallons of saltwater every 1-2 weeks and would much rather use more sea salt vs less reef salt. Optinions? |

Sea Salt is dedicated to tank with fish or with some soft corals...
That's why We recommend to use Reef Salt when You have corals. Aquforest |
