AF Vitality Question
I currently dose Comp 123 [with NP Pro and Pro Bio S].
Is AF Vitality ingredients included in Comp 123? Or is it a completely separate product? Is there benefit to dosing both products or is it overkill? Thank you, Kevin |

AF Vitality is a completely separate product.
I would highly recommend using these products along with what you are currently dosing AF Amino mix AF Build AF Vitality AF Energy AF Vitality : Supplement containing concentrated vitamins for corals. Emphasizes the intensity of the colour and increases the resistance of coral. Supports recovery of stressed and weakened corals after import or disease. I am very happy with how simple and effective the AF products have been for me. I am weighing using the Vitality because of the conversations in the SPS section about dosing vitamins. I will be expanding my system soon by plumbing in an 80 display. I am excited but nervous about those changes as it is. I will probably order the Vitality and start adding a mild dose to get started.
