Is it wrong to use high food grade salt when watering out dry rock??

Hi fellow reefers I just took my life rock and and gave it a good chemical bath after drying it and freezing it, now I am starting the new setup and my first thinkin was to run the thank on just fresh water if there was some pollution in the rock still but then in my work we are working with high grade food salt and my question is.
is it wrong to use that next few weeks while I'm making large water changes and when my measuring are starting to be ok the switch back to fish tank salt??
Here is a data sheet for my food grade salt

Any good advice will be appreciated
Thanks and best regards
Elli

Very wrong. Unless it is dried seawater, you do NOT want to use anything other than formulated seawater mix because it will be missing a lot of elements. You will need to add many supplements, and it will cost a lot in the end. If this is about saving money, you might consider using a lesser expensive salt mix.
