Your n03 is high & salinity level is also a bit high. Did you do a water change after cycle or prior to your test parameters? I personally would of waited 1-1 & half weeks prior to adding live stock. What was/is your lfs salinity readings?

My clowns also sleeping near my powerheads, it's like a comfort/territory zone. If you have anemone, they'll sleep in there.

1.024 is within tolerance, but I believe 1.021 is more ideal if fish only for now. The fish might of got stress out. especially if your lfs just recently received them. 60% water change & the n03 is that high

Only a 27 day cycle? Thats a bit short and jumming the gun a little, maybe wait a little befor putting anything els in, your lvls can look right but while within the cycle time they could jump again, imo i would wait untill you see a steady lvl accross all tests befor adding anything els
