float valve

I placed an order with autotopoff.com for a float valve and solenoid and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them because the only way to contact them on the website is to e-mail them and I have done this twice and can't get a hold of them to see what their phone number is or to find out if they are going to ship it to the right address (there was lil mix up when ordering online). I also don't have enough posts to post about this in the vendor feedback forum area so I thought I would try here. Thanks.

I've never used them, but several people on RC have. They are a reputable company from all I've heard. I get the impression that its a small outfit (i.e., a one-man band). How long has it been since the first e-mail; they may be on reduced hours/off for the holidays.
