Sunlight supply lumen max reflector

I am thinking about changing my reflector. I have the aquamedic 250 DE pendent running over my tank now. Would the sunlight supply lumen max 3 reflector be a good upgrade to the current aquamedic relfector?
I thought about completely switching over to the lumenarc a3 mini, but those only run SE bulbs, and I am under the impression (which may be wrong), that DE are better. Since my current pendent is DE, I can continue to use my current ballast with the new reflector.

Any advice/thoughts?
