Lighting question...

Just bought a Coralife digital power center. To make a long story short....it will not allow my blue actinics to come on an hour before the whites in my 12g nano, like I used to do with a couple of cheap round dial and tab timers. My only real concern is about frightening the fish when the lights come on all at once. The lights are sceduled to come on at 9AM after there is ambient room light and go off at 9PM.

mine has the same problem. I dont think that you can get them to do what you want lol. I followed the directions to the letter...didnt do anything (other than make them come on and off at the wrong times).

I will just be getting a couple of individual timers for both of my lights since i'm fed up with the fact that i payed 25 bucks for a power strip with nothing special about it lol
