Connecting RO III Pendants to ARO Ballast?

The ARO ballast has 5 wires - a green, black, white, and 2 yellow ones. The RO III has 3 wires - green, black, and white. What do I do with the extra 2 yellow wires on the ballast?
I am switching from a SE socket to the DE pendants. With the SE socket, the yellow wires connect the socket, while the other three wires connect to the outlet plug.
With the RO III's I got the detachable receptacle to plug the RO III's into, but now what? There still isn't a plug to plug into the wall and I don't know what to do with the yellow wires.
Can anyone help?
