I have one and he went from tiny to huge in 3months. I have seen him jump at a few fish and he may have been the cause of a firefish jump-out. I do still love them though. So much character and the little flickering doodad. Beutiful color too. he seems to have calmed down now he is used to me feeding the tank( I overfeed + I have baby brine factory iin sump).

I have 5 of them in my reef and they are fine. Have never bothered anything. I have had them for about 7 months.

The one that I have is 5" across. I measured his old body when he molted.

Mine was what I would consider huge with a wingspan of about 5in. For the most part he is pretty mellow nowadays but every now and then when a fish gets too close he does a "lunge".
