Pure-Flo II RO Unit - 50 GPD TFC - 3 Canister(ESU)

i just got Pure-Flo II RO Unit - 50 GPD TFC - 3 Canister(ESU)

i am asking about storage of this. i do 20% water changes every two weeks. and have to unhook and put in the closet.
do i take all the water out or leave in in the whole thing. but i
read that you should not let the membrane dry out. but also
said to put it in a bag with some ro water in the refrigerator. i just dont want it to go bad because the membrane is about 80.00
dollars . any suggestion would be appreciate

I've got a flush kit on mine. Think you can buy it for like $30. It basically creates a back pressure to force anything that could be building up in your membrane and it drains out your waste tube. I just leave all the water in mine and then flush it out before I go to use it, although I make sure to run it a bit once a week even if I don't need water.
