Are atinic lights the same as blue tubes / moonlight tubes / blue t5's?

yes. however i am not sure moonlights are considered atanic even though they are blue

T5's come in both actinic and blue +. They have a distinctly different look although both will make the corals glow.

Check out marine depots t-5 light bulbs, they kinda offer some light on the question!
