Green algae

I have alot of green algae on my decorations in my tank and in my overflows.

What is the best way to fix the algae problem?

I would use ro/di water, cut back on lighting, and use Kent Phos-ban, are you using a skimmer? Those together will help reduce the excess nutrients in your system.

What's your current water params including nitrates and phosphates? Do you use RO/DI water and know the tds of it? Also, how much flow do you have?

I do have a skimmer and I use ro/di water.

I don't know whe tds are for ro/di water. I don't have a test for phosphates and my nitrates don't show up on the the test.

not sure what you mean by how much flow I have.
