DSB Seeding?

How many people just put LR in? How many seed with a cup of established reef sand? Any Suggestions would be appreciated

The fastest cycles I've seen are with regular(non-live) sand and a handful of sand from an established tank that is well maintained.
A piece of LR w/ coraline will help w/ seeding coraline also, even a small piece.
This is how I usually set up friends new tanks.

the handful of established tank was my plan, since my customers don't mind me taking a handful from their tanks (talk about diversity)

I'll take one of my small rocks out of my main tank and some sand from that too
My coraline is strong in my main system, so most rocks are covered pretty well

Sounds like a good plan to me.
