What pump for euro reef skimmer should I use?

Need to replace my euro reef pump. Should I get the sedra 3500 or is there a better manufactured pump to buy?
Thanks.

Which ER model skimmer is it? What is the diameter and height?

I'm not sure the model, but its pretty small. Think it might be the smallest one they make.

It would help to know. The safe thing is to replace it with what it came with. Some newer Er skimmers come with larger/better pumps than they used to have and perform a lot better. If you could measure the diameter of the body and overall height, I could make a better recommendation.
