PC + t5 too much light?

I recently bought a used 75g and it came with a 260w PC lighting fixture. I know that this light won't be enough for the corals I want to keep so I am getting the 48" (216w) Nova Extreme. I plan on keeping mostly LPS with 2-3 lower light SPS and also one or two clams. Do you think both these lights will be over kill? Also, where should I place the clams on top of the rock (about 7in from the PC) or on the sandbed (the bottom under the t5)?

I am going to put the PC in back of the T5 and have the t5 shine down to the bottom on my sandbed. The rock will be mostly in back and built up under the PC lighting. I was planning on putting the SPS and clams on the rock close to the PC (~7 in.). I really would love some input on if this lighting setup would work as well as I think it will and also where I should put the SPS and clams.

if you are going to put the corals and clams on the rocs, i would put the t5's over the rock.
