Anybody have any frags for me?

I am setting up my first frag tank while here at college and I was wondering if anybody had any "junk" frags or good frags that they would be willing to give to me. I am looking for only SPS. Nothing that is really hard to keep, and preferably fast growers. Any suggestions on what type of frags to keep would be great. I am trying to get this tank together so I can pass frags onto others because I know how it is for beginners when they dont have any money or frags. So I would like to eventually be able to do that. And maybe sell a few so I can buy my college books.

Thanks everyone for reading,
Seth

This is really not the place to post this sort of appeal. We do have a Want To Buy (WTB) forum here.. scroll down the list of forums from the main page towards the Classifieds. You'll see it there. Thats the best place to post with a request.

Since the thread is still here... The best place for frags, imo, is from local reefers. Get to know your local club and you'll be amazed at the deals you find.

Seriously, make friends with your fellow reefers. I trade or buy a lot of stuff from fellow reefers in tucson and something that may be hard to get or expensive may just be a trade away.

right on the money! as an example our club is having a meeting in about 2 weeks. theres 2-3 guys there that have had recent crashes. we are all bringing some small frags to give them to get their tanks going again. the first swap i went to was back in August 06. i went there mainly for the seminars, and i didnt have alot of cash to buy any thing really. i didnt even have anything to trade. i went with a guy from the club and between the both of us we came home with a fairly large cooler slammed full of frags. we may have had $20-$30 invested in them. most guys/gals dont want to put something back in their tank after they pull it out. so after the trade people were just handing out frags. one guy came up and said hey you want a baby toadstool? i said how much, he said just take it. it was like that for the last part of the show. LOL so if you see a local club, or even a LFS hosting a frag swap thats another great place to find some cheap, or even free frags.
