Formula One? Two?

I keep seeing this mentioned on the forum and my local “Pet Goods” carries it. Is it a good meaty mix for the live stock I have? Their meaty meal is now a combo for mysis and Cyclops (2 – 1 mix) thawed in Zoe/Garlic. Would either Formula one or two be good to throw in every now and then?

Thanks!

sure, why not.... I drop it in from time to time just to add some diversity. I prefer Formula2 because it has "vegies" along with "meat"

.. be careful not to abuse your tank with flake foods,.. they contain lots of phosphates. AFAIK, Formulas are made both in flake and pellet flavors
