weird water flow
i just hooked up my system and i turned on my power heads both are on the other side of the tank from one to the other. pointing almost directly at each other but off set. there is nothing in my tank but live rock and i am getting a small tornado action happening and it will just collect debris from the tank and just sit there and spin.
my question is, is this common and is it bad and if so what do i do about it. the rest is perfect. it really looks awesome the water flow is creating some really awesome sand hills and moves around the rock is such fashion as wheal. |

Change the direction of the power heads. Widen up the angle of flow between them. The close angle is creating a cyclone effect. The stuff caught in it will never escape, and will most likely collect more.
