which skimmer?
I am in college and have limited funds, but I will spend when it comes to my 50g reef since it is the only thing that keeps me balanced. I need to know which skimmer is the best for the money for a 50g heavy stocked reef.
So far I have been told ASM and Octopus. I am open to suggestion. Thanks all!!

I go with the octypus if your on a budget. It works well and there are lots of easy mods you can do on it that are cheap. the asm are expensive and i don't think they are any better than teh octypus imo.

Similar situation...
Will be setting up my 65G reef pretty soon. I would say that it will be medium to heavily stocked. I have been looking at the Euro-Reef RS80 but the price is kind of frightening so I would be interested to see what other suggestions go on here.
