Ich and hawkfish

I purchased a Doublesaddle Butterflyfish and a Falco's (Dwarf) Hawkfish from my LFS about 5 days ago.

They both are in my 120l QT tank.

I see the Butterfly has a couple of Ich spots on its pectoral fins. I cannot see any signs of infection on the hawkfish.

My question is - can I take the hawkfish out (since they are supposed to be quite disease resistant) and place him in my main tank, whist doing hypo on the butterfly fish?
