Mag 7 help (GFI)

I came home the other day and my equipment was off. I traced it back and found that the mag 7 had tripped the GFI. No matter where it's plugged in (different GFI outlets) it trips them immediately. Any thoughts?

there is a short in the pump or its using more then 20amps. you might want to clean the pump out if there is something making it work harder then it should.

well, I cracked it open and the only thing I found is that there was a tiny buildup on the impellor magnet. Well, cleaned it off and low and behold, it fired right up.
