Would this be enough light
If I don't plan on keeping sps or clams, would 216W of T-6 ho lighting on a 65G be enough?
I would like softies zoos etc.. Let me know what else I coulden't keep under them. I have never used T-6 lighting so I'm not sure if it's like Compact florecent, or t-5. Would 260W of CF be better? Last edited by tprize; 03/14/2007 at 05:58 PM. |

You could try some digi's.....I'd put them high in the tank.
Pretty easy to maintain sps and grows fast too! You can choose colors as well !! ;-) Orange, Purple, green, brown...you pick ! |

My only fear is, I have never seen T--6HO before. It's on aquatraders.com, and I have no fear in the quality of the product just the quality of light produced.

Don't know about T-5, but with the lesser (I could be mistaken ) power compact and even CFL (daylight, not cool or soft white) you can keep a lot of LPS, softies and polyps in your tank, especially at the top and middle levels.
