Sick coral? please help since i am pretty new

I have a qusetion reguarding corals. I believe it is a finger leather that looks like it has been weeping over for the past 5 - 6days. It has 4 stalks and 3 have been laying on the rock while one is standing. The leather usually was standing and has sprouted a new branch that I fragged... Might have done that wrong cause that was about 10 days ago. I have attached a few pictures please let me know what I could do to get it back into shape.

PH 7.4
Water Temp 80
salinity is 1.022
no3 (depends on the test when I use api drop test it is 0 but when i use a quick dip stic test it is 20ppm)
no2 is 0
ammonia 0
Alkalinity: I dont have a test but when I brough the water into my LFS it was "perfect"

Thank you for your help

Also as a side note I had and have ich on one of my fish and have been using ruby reef to remove it. The first fish that had it was a purple tang I used the solution for 13 days like suggest and the ich was gone for a few weeks. I added a powder brown tang and 3 days later ich so i am using the solution again. (the lfs quarnteens the fish for me for 2 weeks before I bring it home and they keep it in a tank with medicine and copper to kill all unwanted pests or at least i hope it kills them)
