Company behind Phoenix bulbs?

Does anyone have any information on who manufactures Phoenix MH bulbs? I've heard they're Japanese, but am not sure. If the company has a webpage or contact info, I'd love to find it.

I use Phoenix 14K double-ended bulbs in my Giesemann pendant, and I highly recommend them.

I use them, too. Can't beat the color IMO

Where are you guys getting the 14000K? I only see their 10000k listed on their website...

I had this bulb before and I really like the crisp white light it had. Is this what every one is calling a 14000k?

Thanks for the link. I just emailed PEC to see ig they are the esame bulb being sold as 14000k...
