do i have enough flow? before i add rock.

i have a standard 75 gallon with overflow, two maxi 400 power heads in the tank on opposite end walls with the pre-filter on the bottom of them, a rio 2100 return pump with scwd and two inlets?

i also have a rio 3100 running my etss 600 exterior skimmer plumbed to my sump.

there looks to be enough flow, but am getting ready to add 90 pounds of live rock and want to be sure you know what i mean.

The minimum I would target for that tank is 750 gph, but I don't know what the Rio 2100 will be pushing. The skimmer pump doesn't count because it mostly moves air.

I would aim for at least 20x turnover in the display, imo. I have 30x in my 40g mixed reef. Just add up all the gph from your powerheads and return pump (minus headloss and not including your skimmer) to see how much flow you have.
