How is Solaris trying to set up new 150gal

I am not too new to the hobby but I have always had a small tank and finally got tired of playing with myself and went with a 150gal oceanic rr. I just purchased a aquaclear skimmer and 2 mag nine drives for my sump. Speaking of sump I am getting one built. Iam so impatient. But enough of the rambling I wanted to know if anyone has tried that new Solaris LED lighting system or heard from anyone that has one. I am very interested in trying this out. Thanks

Since you're in Arlington-several of the DFW area LFS have Solaris units installed on their display tanks if you want to take a look at them, PM me if you want to know which ones (not sure we're supposed to post that).

I've had the 48" solaris for a month now and I love it! I like that you can adjust your settings the way you like them and then just let it do it's thing.Very low maintenance. Only downside with mine is that occasionally when I'm adjusting my settings the lights will sometimes turn off. Sometimes they come right back on and sometimes I have to reset it. However this is rare and it definitely doesn't outweigh the benefits of the solaris, IMO. If it's possible to see one demonstrated I'd definitely take a look!
