Question Rubbermaid Sump Baffles

For those of you using a Rubbermaid stock or storage container for a sump, how are you doing baffles?

I'm using a 40 gallon Rubbermaid for now and the sides have some flex. I'm thinking anything I try to glue in would probably pop off pretty easy, not to mention the irregular shape of the sides. I'm using a small bucket lifted off the floor of the sump for the return. This helps but the flow is too high and still pulls bubbles down and out the bottom. I plan to add a new DIY skimmer this weekend and I figure I may get some bubbles out of that as well. Any ideas would be welcome.

Thanks.

I use a rubbermade inside a rubbermade for baffles cuz of the bowing, and i have my skimmer in the one and i keep it as far from my return as possible and have no microbubbles. I also have my overflow into a filter sock as well.

Thanks. I'll try the filter sock for the return. I'll have to check the stores to see what size bins I can get to fit in my sump but that sounds like a plausible solution.

If anyone else wants to share there Rubbermaid sump designs, please do!
