kalc dosing
well next weekend i will be adding a sump to my 55 reef. i want to dose kalk. are there any cool diy methods for dosing kalk

what if i make a resevuar(sp) and mixed the kalk in that and used a float valve in my return area to keep up with evep water

that;s what i do, i have a 25g rubbermaid that i mix my kalk in with RO water. make sure you put a lid on your container so the water doesn;t become aerated which can lower the ph
