JBJ Vs. Oceanic Cubes... Please help

I am new to the Reef tank and was ready to purchase a 24 gallon. Was going to get a JBJ Cube and then was told that JBJ is junk and the Oceanic Cube is the only way to go. Went back to the JBJ dealer and they said that they are both the same and the other store only told me that because they carry Oceanic. Been tryin to do my homework and this site is amazing. Thanks for any help...

Is the oceanic cube is the 2007 model it will have starphire on 3 sides. I have one of thier 2007 22 gal cubes, and love it! The glass is crystal clear.

I have a JBJ and like it. I have read that the JBJ's have had problems with pumps running hot and leaks but have never had a problem with mine. My understanding is that most of the concerns have been addressed.
