Fish Food - Flake or pellets?

Looking to order some fish food.

Are there any preferences with regards to flake vs. pellets?

Any suggestions on a good brand of food?

I use both,

The brands that I'm currently using are HBH super marine green flakes and Nutrafin max marine pellets

I try to vary our fishes' diet between Marine Cuisine, Prime Reef flakes, and occasionally spirulina and brine shrimp.

I think variety is good. Pizza is great, but I couldn't eat it every day
