I have the exact same set up as you.
I have xenia, GSP, zoos, an umbrella leather, Kenya trees, and mushrooms. All doing great. I also have a RBTA, not doing great. I’m not sure of the reason (lights?).

Just about anything you desire, assuming it is appropriate to begin with.

It completely depends on the type of T5 setup you have. Does each bulb have a parabolic reflector? Or is it 4 bulbs under one reflector?
If its the former, you can probably keep up to SPS and clams, if its the latter, I'm not entirely sure.

Each bulb has a parabolic reflector, or the unit has one large parabolic reflector. This does make a world of difference with t5's.
If placed high in the tank, sps should be okay, depending on the species of course. But most LPS, leathers, softies will be fine. May be more light than some lower light corals would like though. Fish aren't going to care one bit. fwiw, I have 6 x 54 watts on a 55g. I had the 4 bulb Tek fixture, but felt it wasn't enough lighting. And even with the 6 bulb fixture, I still have my LPS up high in the tank. Same with all SPS, Crocea's and Yellow toadstool. All the mushrooms in the tank wither away quickly though.

Lets see, I have about 25 different kinds of acros, several montis, some softies, some zoas. The acros are at all different levels of my tank. So are the montis. I can only keep the softies and zoas on the sand bed, in the shade. T-5 tek lights are strong enough for a 75 gallon tank. They will grow very nice corals, with very nice coloring
