I think I need to upgarde my lights

I'm upgrading from a 40g to a 90g. I think along with the tank upgrade I should upgrade my lighting from the 2-150w mh I have now. In my current tank a have frogspawn, hammer coral, a bta, shrooms, and zoas. I would like to try some sps when I make the upgrade but, I don't think 150w is enough for 24" tall tank. I'm looking for all in one fixture. Right now I'm looking at these light fixtures:
http://hellolights.com/48aqel.html
http://hellolights.com/48aqel2xmh2x.html
http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Produc...&N=2004+113352 (the one with 2-250w)

Would one of these be a better choice than the other? Are there any other fixtures in a simliar price range I should consider?
Thanks,
Dan

Ride it out for now...I just moved my 150w 20k from a 10gal to a 30 cube and it's been more than fine...In fact, I have had to raise it up to keep my new corals happy...I had to place a yellow crown leather on the bottom to keep it open and I had a green brain that took two weeks to adjust to the MH @ 24" from the bulb. I added my first SPS(orange cap), the other day and it's 12" under the surface and growing and getting colored up(from VHO) every day. BTW, a 30 cube is 23" deep.

Just ride it out, go to Pheonix 14K on the next bulb change. If you go to 250W, please send me your 150's,LOL.

When you have more SPS and/or your current light dies go with 250W DE Phoenix.

Dirt.
