What does FOWLR mean?

I see all the time fowlr, and I'm guessing it means fish only with live rock. Is that right? I guess while I'm at it what does LPS & SPS mean? Sorry to be such a newbie. Thanks in advance.

Here is a RC site that has all the common akronyms. It's on the home page.
